“Membership and Financial Development”
In strengthening our membership, we will enhance our alumni engagement, services, and charitable programming, therefore strengthening GUNAA’s support and leadership to the local chapter and Grambling State University. Additionally, we will strengthen our training and development capabilities, focusing on leadership, services and career advancement for our future alumni.
“Improving on Operational Excellence”
Improving our operational excellence will ensure that both our alumni as well as our external stakeholders have a positive “customer experience”. We will build on existing policies, procedures and practices, while creating new efficiencies and opportunities to uphold the standard of excellence that we strive for in GUNAA.
